Documents required for obtaining a Certificate of Education Recognition

The foreign education and (or) qualifications recognition in the Russian Federation means the official confirmation of level of education acquired abroad and (or) qualifications with granting rights to the owners to enroll in Bachelora`s, Specialist, Mastera`s, PhD and Residency Programs of higher education institutions of the Russian Federation, as well as of Belgorod National Research University.

The foreign education recognition is an obligatory procedure stated by Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science.

Belgorod National Research University has got a legal power to carry out the recognition procedure by itself in order to take foreign students for study in the university.
