Organization of the university's participation in major projects commissioned by state authorities, local governments, and legal entities.
Promotion of the university's research and development results.
Development of best matrix management practices for their implementation in the university's management system.
Facilitation of the integration of science, education, and business to commercialize the university's intellectual property and develop its scientific and technological potential.
Assistance in the development, production, implementation, and market launch of innovative high-tech products and technologies created using the potential of the university's research departments.
Facilitation of the creation of new and the development of existing high-tech companies.
Development of the university's innovative structure as an integral part of the innovation structure of the Belgorod Region. Coordination of interactions between university structures and staff to solve engineering problems.
Functions
Providing organizational and methodological support for the implementation of research in the fields of metallurgy, new materials and additive technologies, ecology and environmental management, microbiology, biotechnology, and end-to-end digital technologies by resources engaged to accomplish the center's assigned tasks.
Planning, direct management, and oversight of the implementation of the center's research and work.
Involving representatives of the public, business, and the professional community in the implementation of the university's development program and the fulfillment of the center's tasks and functions.
Determining and ensuring optimal conditions for effective interaction between entities participating in the center's activities.
Preparing proposals for the formation of priority areas for the university's development in the area of the center's research and work.
