2.2. Leading scholars
Doctor of Education, Professor Fedor I. Sobyanin is a national delegate (official representative) of Russia in the International Federation of Physical Education (FIEP) since 2012, an active member of the European Congress of this organization since 2009, is involved in various international projects.
Viktor L. Kondakov, Doctor of Education, professor, according to the Russian Science Citation Index is in the top 100 most cited Russian scholars on physical education and sports.
