1. State testing in Russian as a foreign language (elementary, basic, first, second, third, and fourth certification levels) in accordance with the Russian State Testing System for Russian as a Foreign Language (TORFL-TORKI):
2. Examinations in Russian as a foreign language, Russian history, and the fundamentals of Russian legislation for citizens of foreign countries.
The examination is conducted to confirm foreign citizens' and stateless persons' proficiency in Russian, knowledge of Russian history, and the fundamentals of Russian legislation in accordance with the minimum knowledge requirements necessary to pass the examination at the level corresponding to the purpose of obtaining:
State testing/examinations in Russian as a Foreign Language, Russian History, and Fundamentals of Russian Federation Law are administered by qualified teachers who have undergone special training and are qualified testers.
Certificates and certificates are issued Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Registration for testing/examinations is available Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM) by calling (4722) 30-12-51.
