Born February 26, 1972 in the Belgorod region, Alekseevka.
In 1995 he graduated with honors Belgorod State Pedagogical University after M.S. Olminskiy, specialization "English and German Languages".
Having finished full-time postgraduate study in Belgorod State University (BelSU) in 1999 he received the degree of candidate of philological sciences, 10.02.04 - Germanic Languages.
From 1998 to 2005 he worked as a junior lecturer, senior lecturer and assistant professor of English Department of Roman and Germanic Philology, BelSU.
From 1999 to 2003 he headed a part-time (evening) department of the Roman and Germanic Philology Department, BelSU. In 2005 he was enrolled as a full-time student of the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Foreign Ministry, International Relations Department.
In 2007 he had practical study in the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna (Republic of Austria).
In 2008 he graduated from the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Foreign Ministry. Qualification - specialist in the field of international relations. Specialization - the settlement of conflicts.
From 2008 to 2012 he worked in the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Foreign Ministry as a deputy dean of the Diplomatic Staff Professional Development Department.
In 2012 he got the position of a project manager in the Department of International Conference of Corporate Relations and Strategic Communications of the RBC Group (RosBusinessConsulting). Having worked for the RBC he was closely involved in the organization and holding of major international events: the Russian-Korean business forum in Seoul (Republic of Korea), the Caribbean Business regatta of the RBC (Overseas French community: Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthelemy). As a media partner he was responsible for the RBC Group’s work at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (2013-2015).
In 2016 he headed the department of foreign economic relations and translations of Belgorod Chamber of Commerce. He has 20 scientific publications.
Research interests: cognitive linguistics, international relations, conflictology.
