Declaration with Russian partner universities was signed at BelSU

Representatives from Russian universities and educational centers (Altai State University, Moscow Bauman State University, Kursk State University etc) have visited BelSU due to its 140^th Anniversary Celebration. .

The meeting was opened by the principal of BelSU Oleg Polukhin, who greeted honored guests on behalf of BelSU. He also mentioned that principle of accessibility of scientific knowledge is one of the priorities in international development of education of science and should lie in the foundation of Russian educational system. He reminded that BelSU has digital archive, which gained the third place among 24 other archives of Russia.

The principal of Kursk State University Aleksandr Khudin thanked Oleg Polukhin for the invitation and congratulated the staff of BelSU with the jubilee.

Then, the sides signed a declaration about open access to scientific knowledge and cultural heritage in scientific and educational space.

The principal also signed cooperational agreement with Alevtina Chernikova, the principal of MISIS University.
