At the Faculty of Psychology within the Pedagogical Institute, students completing additional professional retraining programmes in Clinical Psychology and Practical Psychology were awarded diplomas.
At Belgorod National Research University (BelSU), 26 students from the Faculty of Psychology received diplomas in Clinical Psychology and Practical Psychology, enabling them to begin professional careers.
The retraining programmes lasted one year and included theoretical instruction, practical classes, and final certification.
Graduates of the Clinical Psychology programme gained skills in pathopsychology, neuropsychology, trauma psychotherapy, and ethics, while those in Practical Psychology learned psychodiagnostics, burnout prevention, and family psychology.
During the graduation ceremony, Maxim Semibratsky, Vice-Rector and Director of the BelSU Department of Continuous Professional Education, praised the graduates for their commitment to helping others maintain mental health. Igor Kucheravenko, head of the programme, highlighted their personal growth and ability to listen to others.
Many graduates have already secured positions in psychiatric clinics and schools. Recruitment is now open for new students for the 2025 programmes in Clinical Psychology and Practical Psychology, which are state-accredited and conducted by experienced professionals.
