Teams from Belgorod State University's Institutes of Engineering and Digital Technology, and Management, have made it through to the second stage of the National Student WorldSkills Championship
The University is currently hosting the Championship in the Student Office, which will finish on Friday. They are competing in different skill sets, 'IT Solutions for Business', 'Entrepreneurship', and 'Organising Excursions'. They will also attend seminars, and get the chance to talk to professionals in their chosen field. The WorldSkills Championship is an internationally recognised assessment of minimum work competencies. The further you go in the competition, the harder it gets. Once they get past this stage, they will be through to the Regional level, and compete at the National WorldSkills Championship next year.
