More than 650 schoolchildren from Belgorod and Belgorod region studied robotics, 3D modeling, design, neurotechnology, mechatronics and mechanical engineering
The open BelSU engineering school held seven vacation shifts for children during the summer holidays. Each had its own theme. Pupils mastered scram technology, 3D-modeling, design, research skills, in-depth study of chemistry, neurotechnology, mechatronics, robotics. Each vacation shift ended with the projects presentation. Four design and educational shifts, in which 200 schoolchildren took part, were organized jointly with the Department of Education of the Belgorod Region.
During the holidays, teachers of the engineering school also held classes to prepare children for the Olympiads in 11 subjects. According to the director of the school Olga Khudasova, from August 5 to 17, two vacation shifts for one hundred schoolchildren from Belgorod and Belgorod Region were held as part of the project “Development of soft skills” with the support of the Rosmolodezh and the Resource Youth Center. Students gained new knowledge on the development of communication skills, leadership skills that will help them achieve their goals in life: to enter a prestigious university, build a successful career.
During the holidays, more than 650 schoolchildren were trained at the open engineering school of BelSU.
