International students of BelSU continue to get acquainted with the Belgorod Region

Students from Angola, Cameroon, Congo, Ghana, Iraq, Peru, Senegal, Syria, Turkmenistan, Uganda, Uzbekistan and Ecuador took part in the excursion and educational trip "Great People of Belgorod Region. Mikhail Semyonovich Shchepkin".

During the trip, organised with the support of ANO " Preobrazhenie", the head of the National Friendship Centre Olga Lyutova introduced the students to new words in Russian, told about the realities of the time in which Shchepkin lived, the peculiarities of the administrative-territorial and state structure.

And to make the excursion to the Museum of M.S. Shchepkin more exciting. Shchepkin Museum was more exciting and productive, all participants performed tasks: assembled the puzzle "Roles, plays, friends-writers Shchepkin", solved the crossword puzzle "Cities of Shchepkin", found and photographed in the halls of the museum exposition items from the house of Shchepkin or associated with individual episodes of life and work of the great actor, and posted on their pages in social networks with the hashtags #ЦДН_везет and #ЦДН_узнаютур.

For correct fulfilment of tasks the participants of the event received letters-keys, and in the final round they formed the names of two cities that played an important role in the life of our great fellow countryman. The students, who were the first to complete the excursion game to the end, received memorable prizes from the National Friendship Centre.

As Olga Lyutova noted, the excursion-educational events, which BelSU organises together with the ANO "Preobrazhenie", will continue. The announcement and the registration form for the next activities will be posted on the National Friendship Centre's page in the social network VKontakte.
