Public presentations of projects by participants in the Rosmolodezh.Grants competition were held as part of the Platform 31 forum.
Young authors showcased their initiatives to a panel of experts, demonstrating impressive preparation and a strong engagement with regional issues.
Following the presentations, Sofia Kondakova, a student at the Institute of Social Sciences and Mass Communications of Belgorod National Research University (BelSU), was awarded the top prize for her project, "Art Lab: The Fate of a Frontline Town." Her initiative received a recommended grant of 299,000 rubbles. The art lab aims to facilitate psychological and cultural rehabilitation for residents of border areas and participants in the North-Eastern Military District.
The project features two interconnected components: art therapy in group settings led by professional psychologists and a creative segment that will culminate in a theatrical performance based on the participants’ real-life stories.
This production will involve actors, dancers, and vocalists from local youth groups, as well as the participants from the art therapy sessions themselves. The initiative serves a vital purpose in preserving historical memory and honouring the heroism of defenders.
Previously, this project had also received grant support from the governor's “M.Art” competition.
In addition, Yevgeniya Enyakova, a master’s student at the same institute, secured 257,000 roubles for her project titled “KVN Cup: Workshop of Humor.”
She emphasized, “The KVN Cup: Workshop of Humour will not only serve as a platform for humour but also play a crucial role in developing the cultural landscape of the Belgorod Region. The support we received will be instrumental in implementing significant initiatives in the area.”
