The lecture was followed by a panel discussion on some of the key contemporary issues of international relations. The guest scientists discussed with the students and faculty members of Institute of Cross-Cultural Communications and International Relations the contemporary issues and problems associated with international relations and global development, the problems of fascism and nationalism, and the roots of the US-Syria conflict. The Italian scientists noted that efficient development of international relations today is impossible without international dialogue.
