The agreement on cooperation between the University of Cergy-Pontoise (France) and Belgorod State National Research University was signed by BelSU Rector Oleg Polukhin and UCP President François Germinet in October, 2012. Within the framework of this agreement, Marina Vladyka, Head of the Institute of Economics, started the development of an educational program, allowing Master’s students from Russia and France to obtain joint degrees. These days, two students from USP students attend the course at BelSU, while three BelSU students study at the partner University in France. As for today, the academic exchange is realized without granting joint diplomas. To resolve this issue and negotiate on other difficulties, Head of the Chair of Global Economics, Prof. Elena Kamyshanchenko and the coordinator of the Institute of Economics international program, associate prof. Irina Shok visited the University of Cergy-Pontoise.
First of all, Vice-Président for the UCP International Development, Prof. The hung Diep presented educational and scientific programs, shared the experience in developing cooperation with cooperation with other countries and told about the history of the University of Cergy-Pontoise. Elena Kamyshanchenko and Irina Shok presented joint Master’s degree program in International Business. They also attended lectures and seminars and were invited by Prof. The hung Diep to the meeting of the THEMA Laboratory Scientific Board.
During the talks, a common curriculum was adopted and an agreement on running joint Master’s program in Economics was developed. The agreement signed by BelSU Rector Oleg Polukhin and UCP President François Germinet came into operation.
