Chief of CCRF Staff Sends Rector Congratulations

Alina Radchenko, Chief of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation staff, sent congratulations to Rector of BelSU Oleg Polukhin on being elected as a CCRF member.

In her formal letter of congratulations,Alina Radchenko says she is hopeful of success and productivity of cooperative work, which is to give a new impetus for development of Russian civil society.

“You can always bank on support for any initiative and effort”, says Chief of the CCRF staff.

It is important to note that Oleg Polukhinhas become the first representative of the Belgorod region ever elected to Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation.

CCFR is elected every 3 years, and its function is to facilitate communication between citizens and public organizations with national and local authorities.
