BelSU scientists have patented a method to help improving the immune system by means of honey, bee propolis and herbs composition.
Federal Intellectual Property Service has published the description for the mew method of immune response correction. Conducted on laboratory animals, the prior to patent research showed that single administration of Cyclophosphan (200 mg per kg body weight) in the first 24 hours of the experiment created immune deficiency. Having provoked this condition, the scientists then corrected the immune system by 10:1:1:2 water suspended mixture of honey, bee propolis, pollen, and purple coneflower (Echinacea purpurea) extract. This composition is proved to provide synergistic effect and to effectively correct the experimental immune deficiency. The discovery patented doubtlessly possesses a high potential for treating immune disorders.
The method was developed by BelSU scientists Mikhail Pokrovsky, Nikolai Gribanov, Tatiana Pokrovskaya, Anna Arustamova, Maria Zatolokina, Vladimir Kochkarov, Michail Korokin, and Oleg Gudyrev.
The patent holders are Belgorod State National Research University and Manufacturing Association Gamma, LLC.
