The Russian national youth research-to-practice conference “Conformation and development of regional labor potential under the conditions of global risk”.
The goal of the conference was finding the ways of providing the economy with skilled personnel by means of practice oriented education’s development.
The conference united more than two hundred people fr om different cities of Russia, including Belgorod, Orel, Kursk and Tumen. The director of BelSU Institute of Management Viktor Zakharov gave a speech in front of the participants. He pointed out, that this conference opens new possibilities for young scientists and researchers.
Anna Verzun, director of staffing center “Svoi Ludi” told the students how to choose a profession, how to get a job, and wh ere to apply. During these two days, the students also met other practitioners and presented their own research in actual problems of regional labor potential development
