The honorary third place

Student Science Tournament (STEND) took place in Belarusian State University. The teams which passed an extension stage were immediately admitted to the further stages. The students of BelSU Biology and Chemistry Department also participated in the event. Their team “Beliy Gorod” took honorary third place, right after the team of Moscow Lomonosov State University and team of Kharkov Karazin National University.

 “The competitions of STEND’s on-site stage were designed in various forms. The superfast final, where the students should present the solved problem in an hour took place right after the paired “duel” of semifinalists”, – said Olga Lebedeva, the dean of Biology and Chemistry Department.

 Students from Belgorod were also mentioned as the best opponents and reviewers.
