Loyal to the profession

A commencement exercise of Mining and Natural Resource Management Department took place in BelSU Youth Cultural Center.  103 graduates received Higher Education Degree Diplomas, 25 of which were magna cum laude.

BelSU vice-principal for science and innovations, Prof. Igor Konstantinov, DEng, congratulated the graduates on behalf of the rector’s office, and handed in magna cum laude diplomas.

The graduates, who had achievements in research, social and sports activities of the department and the university, was awarded with certificates.

Aleksandr Petin, dean of Mining and Natural Resource Management Department congratulated former students and wished them to stay loyal to the chosen profession.    Pavel Goleusov, assistant professor of Nature Management and Land Cadastre Subdepartment and Sergei Sergeev, head of Applied Geology and Mining Subdepartment also complimented young specialists.

The senior teacher of Geography, Geoecology and Life Safety Subdepartment Ekaterina Drozdova gave a valedictory. Ekaterina Krivchikova has replied on behalf of all graduates and thanked all Department staff for their patience and hard labor.    

In the end, the artists of BelSU Youth Cultural Center performed in front of the guests.
