Students of BelSU III International Summer School met Ross Lockwood (England). They discussed migration problems, unemployment and education of Europe, and interesting facts about British Royal Family.
Ross Lockwood is a math teacher from Wakefield (Great Britain). Eight years ago he has visited Belgorod as a participant of sister cities exchange program. For many years he cooperates with BelSU and International Summer Language School and wrote a textbook for students, who study English. Together with Michael Binyon and Valentin Doborovich, he took part in Belgorod TV company‘s project “Autumn Miles”.
«Ross Lockwood speaks in unique dialect, common for people from Yorkshire. Conversations with him is a new and interesting experience for our students», - said director of Summer Language School Anna Merezhko.
Now, the three teachers are working with the students: Michael Binyon (England), Valentin Doborovich (Russia) and Bo Oliver (USA). Ross Lockwood will teach the next shift of students.
