Hospitality without borders

Academic exchange of students and teachers from BelSU and Karaganda Economical University (Kazakhstan) goes on successfully as part of an international cooperation.

From the 1^st of September, five students from Tourism and Service Subdepartment have begun their studies in Kazakhstan, and students from Karaganda studies at BelSU.

In September, Karaganda Economical University was visited by O. Slinkova, Dr. Sc. Oec, who gave a course of lectures about modern problems of management at Business and Law Department. In October, the head of New Economy and Systematic Analysis Research Institute Marketing Research and Business Communications Department Prof. D. Sihimbaeva, Dr. Sc. Oec made a return visit to BelSU Tourism and Service Subdepartment.

Masters of “Tourism” specialty got an opportunity to study a history and methodology of travel industry science under her guidance.

Prof. Sihimbaeva has also given an open lecture about her country, the history of the university and perspectives of academic communication.

“I’m sure that our academic cooperation and mobility will grow. We are waiting for you in Kazakhstan”, – she said.
