Steps to success

The main goal of National “Stupeni” Project is training and promotion of students’ activities among local authorities, business, civil society organizations etc. as competitive personnel reserve.

The project has 3 educational levels:

1^st Level – for activists of students’ self-government;

2^nd Level – for leaders of students’ self-government;

3^rd Level – for students’ coaches.

Students of BelSU Institute of Economy Milena Lomakina and Vitaliy Miroshnichenko underwent an educational program of second level, and student of BelSU Institute of Management has finished all tasks of the first level.

The students have noticed a high level of camp’s work organization. The main courses of it were oriented at personal development trainings and teambuilding, workshops and round tables etc.

The results of project’s work were summarized at the closing ceremony where the most active participants were awarded with diplomas and brought into fold of Russian Union of Youth. Representatives of BelSU were among the new members of the Union.
