Management in XXI century

The conference was organized by BelSU Institute of Management for connection and scientific exchange between scientists and practitioners of management.

The conference united more than 200 senior managers from Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Belorussia and Ukraine. Among them were the most significant Russian sociologists like assistant professor of Philosophy Subdepartment of Modern Humanitarian Academy, executive secretary of “Sociology of Education” magazine Ivan Zadorozhnyuk, Doctor of Philosophy. He stated, that the conference is important for the managers all over the world, and Belgorod is the suitable territory for this.

“There is a strong sociology school in Belgorod. Experience of its sociologists is valuable for managers and other sociologists. It needs to be shared”, – he said.

The conference lasted for two days. Its program included significant problems of sociology, sociological diagnostics, labor potential in the conditions of global risks, informational technologies in management and business-education.
