BelSU together with major colleges and universities of Europe has entered the list of EU “Erasmus +” Contest winners
Last year, during to working trip to Bulgaria, representatives from BelSU have signed a cooperation treaty about “Erasmus +” academic exchange with Varna University of Management.
“Erasmus +” program connects 28 countries of European Union, Latin America, Africa, South Mediterranean and Central Asia. Its goal is in training of highly qualified specialists and teachers’ and professors’ qualification enhancement. It provides a unique opportunity to free study and scholarship at prestigious university in EU. The academic mobility period is 3-4 months long, – a considerable amount of time to meet students from other countries, became a part of multicultural educational process, adopt the best practices of EU scientists and get happy memories of another country.
BelSU Institute of Economy has entered “Erasmus +” Program in March, 2015. Director of The Institute Marina Vladyka explained that the program has strict selection criteria and one of them is a partnership with one of EU universities, high quality of academic mobility, ECTS and availability of information about education programs.
“As a result of Institute of Economy’s hard work and high level of education at BelSU, the number of the Institute’s academic exchange programs increased by one, – “Erasmis +” Program”, – she said.
According to this program and cooperation treaty with Varna University of Management, the first group of students from Institute of economy would study in Bulgaria feom 1st of February, 2016.
