Chemists and biologists of BelSU Institute of Engineering and Natural Sciences have visited Hanze University of Applied Sciences (Netherlands)
The visit was planned as a feedback to Dutch scientists, who have visited BelSU in April, 2015. The colleagues from Hanze were very interested in cooperation with Belgorod scientists and students. The mutual interests were found very quickly: Prof. O. Lebedeva told the audience about BelSU and Institute of Engineering and Natural Sciences.
Dutch scientists expressed keen interest in technology of evolution of bioactive substances from tulips which was presented by Russian guests. They’ve thoroughly discussed biogas getting technologies and scientific aspects of human adaptation to stress and exertion. Both sides decided to perform a few science projects together.
“We saw well-equipped laboratories and classrooms, technopark, technological case studies and even had an excursion to major Dutch chemical industrial cluster in Delfseil. There are 50 thousands of students in Groningen, and all of them have bicycles, even professors prefer riding”, – said assistant teacher of Chemistry Subdepartment Ludmila Deineka.
