«Serbian and Russian Society: social, economic and cultural mainstream»

The head of BelSU Institute of Management Sociology and Youth Affairs Subdepartment Prof. I. Shapovalova, deputy director for International Cooperation of Institute of Management L. Shmirigilova and professor of Sociology and Youth Affairs Subdepartment S. Lebedeva visited Belgrade University (Serbia). They’ve met Serbian partners and took part in round-table conference “Serbian and Russian society: social, economic and cultural mainstream”, organized together with Belgrade Institute of Social Studies and BelSU Institute of Management. It was dedicated to wide range of issues which are important and thoroughly researched in our countries.

L. Shmirigilova and S. Lebedev gave lectures as the opening of lecture cycle. Serbian side presented lectires of sociologists, economists, philosophers and anthropologists D. Dzhanich, M. Rashevich, D. Shukovich, N. Novakovich, M. Blagoevich, I. Todorovich and M. Vasich.

Institute of management had also begin an academic exchange program with Serbia. In November 2015 two students of BelSU have got an internship at Belgrade University Philosophy Department. In spring of 2016 sociology students from Serbia would study at BelSU.
