The young scientists of BelSU who have shown the best results in scientific work was awarded at the Day of Russian Science in BelSU
The vice rector for science and innovation Igor Konstantinov congratulated young scientists; he resumed the previous academic year and shared the plans for future. He also reminded that the victories at various scientific contests and grant programs have become more recent.
Vice rector told that 2016 will be extremely scientifically eventful for the university. It will take part in Russian Science Festival, Youth Forum of SCO-member countries. The first intra-university contest for the best scientific article will take place at BelSU. The winners would get an opportunity to publish the article “Scopus” and “Web of Science” magazines.
“The system of young scientists’ selective support” grant program is still the main supporting resource for our scientists. The funding of new students’ design engineering bureaus will support BelSU Engineering Centre”, – he said.
Honorary diplomas were given to young science project managers with the funding of more than 10 mln. of rubles: Maksim Ivanov, Aleksandr Kubankin and Svetlana Rastvortseva. The young Doctors of Science who got the degree at 2015 were also awarded. They are: Maksim Ivanov, Aleksandr Kubankin, Lubov Pavlova and Sergei Shkodkin.
