Science without borders

Due to international cooperation of BelSU and Universite de Lorraine (France), second year postgraduate of Institute of Engineering and Natural Sciences Diana Yuzbekova will take an international internship.

From 20^th of April to 20^th of July Diana will work at Microstructure and Mechanics Research Lab. of Universite de Lorraine. She will also take part in cooperative research project which aims for new working contacts, creation and development of international cooperation for research level improvement. The project would be dedicated to the search of new solutions for increase of uniformity of structural yielding sensitive to dynamic stress aging.

According to Diana’s words, the analysis is based on French scientists’ hypothesis that intensive structural yielding can prevent Portevin–Le Chatelier effect in aluminum-magnesium alloys.
