Cooperation between two universities

Director of Law Institute, professor Evgeny Tonkov, Deputy Head of International Connections Department Inna Kaskova, professor from International and Administrative Law Subdepartment Elena Safronova discussed the Development of cooperation with international partners in the presence of the Principal of BelSU Oleg Polukhin.The University of Warmia and Mazury was represented by head of the History of the State and Law Department of the faculty of Law and Management in the Warmia-Masuria University, Doctor of History, Professor Dariusz Spaper and head of the Department of Judicial Law of the Catholic University of Lublin Marzena Khan Dyakovo.

During the meeting the additional cooperation agreement was signed. The document specifies the conditions of the academic exchange.

BelSU and the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn signed the first cooperation agreement in March 2015. Now 13 students of BelSU Institute of Law receive the education in English language in the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. In future two universities plan the extention of cooperation in different educational programms.

Professor Dariusz Spaper said that his colleagues, who visited Belgorod, speak kindly about the city, the University and people.

«We need to develop relationships that will help to maintain good relations between us», – said Dariusz Spaper.

His position was supported by Oleg Nikolaevich. He said that we should build friendly relations, develop academic exchange, because we should not deprive the current generation of the opportunity to form their own position regarding to different countries.
