BelSU graduate guaranteed a medal for Russia in Rio de Janeiro

At the Olympics in Rio de Janeiro Evgeniy Tischenko reached the semi-final of the boxing tournament in 91 kg weight category. In 1/4 final he he took down double silver medallist Climente Russo from Italy.

Tischenko is the champion of Europe and the world in 2015. Reaching the semi-final of Olympics in Rio he guaranteed a medal to himself.

Eugeniy has finished the Master degree course at BelSU Pedagogical Institute Physical Education Department. He decided to take postgraduate course, but at this moment Olympics is more important for him than the candidate thesis work.

His semi-final fight will occur at Saturday, August 13^th.
