«Gagauzia – the autonomy of youth»

An assistant professor of BelSU Institute of Management Social Technologies Subdepartment Victor Sapryka visited X Young Leader Summer School in Gagauzia (Moldavia) as an expert. 130 young people took part in it. They were chosen fr om the big number of applicants.

Traditionally, the summer school is patronized by bashkan of Gagauzia Irina Vlakh. She said that the main idea of the school is the bonding of young people. The event included meetings with experts and community leaders, intellectual games, trainings and sports activities.

Viktor Sapryka gave a lecture “International Experience in reforming of state and municipal management system” for young people to get acquainted with the best international and Russian management practices.

Experts’ cooperation allowed to put theory into practice and make a training wh ere residents of the school performed as reformers and suggested new ways for Gagauzia’s development.
