Professor of Law Institute of BelSU Elena Safronova took part in the Polish Congress of Law historians
The Polish Congress of law historians is the most representative scientific forum of experts in the field of theory and history of law in Poland.
Traditionally the congresses of Polish legal theorists are held once in two years. It brings together representatives of law faculties of all universities. This year over 200 scientists in history, theory and philosophy of law from Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Lublin, Poznan, Bialystok, Opole, Olsztyn, Torun, Katowice and other Polish cities took part in the Congress.
The main organizer of the Congress was the University partner of BelSU Warmian-Masurian State University. For the first time in the history of Congresses the Russian delegation, headed by the Chairman of the Commission on the history of state and law of the Russian historical society, doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor Igor Isaev took part in its work. Belgorod State University at the Congress of historians was presented by Professor of the Department of administrative and international law of Law Institute Elena Safronova.
In 2018 the Congress will be held at the State University of Maria Curie-Sklodowska in Lublin.
