I warmly congratulate you on the landmark date: the 140th anniversary of the Belgorod State University foundation!

We may proudly say that the oldest university in the region has become the temple of science and the cradle of talents, who gave luster to Belgorod region with achievements in many industries. Belgorod State University throughout its history preserves and multiplies the best traditions of Russian classical higher education, preparing a new generation of professionals with a high level of knowledge and desire to work.

Today, Belgorod State University has its own traditions and the international recognition of the high level of education. This was made possible thanks to the experience, knowledge and talent invested in the development of the university. I am glad that in the region is paid constant attention to the development of the university and strengthen its training facilities, the creation of conditions for the organization of studies at the advanced level.

At all times and for any society educated and literate people were needed. University gave a start to a great life for hundreds of thousands of young people. Graduates of the Belgorod State University are always in demand in many of the largest Russian and foreign companies.
