Congratulations with 140th Anniversary from The Minister of education and science of the Russian Federation Vasilyeva Olga Yurievna

Dear colleagues!

On behalf of the Ministry of education and science of the Russian Federation and myself I congratulate the scientific and pedagogical staff, employees and students of Belgorod State National Research University with 140^th year anniversary!

Becoming the successor of one of Russia's first Teachers' Institute the University has trained tens of thousands of teachers during its activity. In 2010 the University was assigned the status of National Research University which allowed expanding considerably the list of training programs and specialties, increasing scientific potential, creating modern infrastructure and material and technical base.

Today the University provides training for all sectors of the economy of the region and country. The projects of the scientists of the University in the fields of pharmacology, biomedicine, and nanotechnology are in demand both in Russia and abroad.

I wish Belgorod State National Research University the successful implementation of the plans, new ideas and scientific discoveries as well as active development of international educational space.
