BelSU congratulated partner university in Bulgaria

BelSU delegation in Bulgaria consisted of the First Vice rector Tatiana Balabanova, director of Institute of Law Eugeniy Tonkov and professor of Administrative and International Law Subdepartment Elena Safronova.

Among the solemn events the university organized science-to-practice conference “Constitutional Principles in Public and Private Law”; the scientists from Belgorod took part in it. Besides that, they had business meetings with governor of Velikotyrnov region Pencho Penchev, the vice principal for finances of Sofia University Yuri Kuchev, the dean of Sofia University Law Department Sasho Penov, the dean of Velokityrnov Unuversity Law Department Zvetan Sivkov. They’ve achieved preliminary agreements of academic exchange and joint educational programs.
