During the history of BelSU more than 100 000 students graduated from BelSU. In the year of 140^th anniversary the university created the association of graduates.

The hundreds of BelSU graduates are honored scientists, teachers, researchers and specialists in various occupations. Speaking about the graduates of pedagogical Institute,The Principal of BelSU Prof. Oleg Polukhin noted that Pedagogical Institute is the largest institute of the university. More than 5000 students study there.

“We witness the renaissance of pedagogical education, the revival of the interest for teachers profession», –he said.

The Principal initiated the publishing of The Golden Book of Graduates, which was presented at the meeting. This book is a chronicle of the university; it contains the names of the best graduates: teachers, sportsmen, doctors, lawyers, sociologists, journalists, culture workers etc. Many of them attended the event.
