Teacher from BelSU takes part in international project

“The goal was to test authorized diagnostic methods and study specific characteristics of future government employees’ professional trend together with colleagues from Erevan”, – said Aleksandra Gerasimova.

The specialists think that this research will help to form ideas about standard trend of professional's personality oriented on practical challenges, professional retraining, selection and staff development.

According to Aleksandra Gerasimova, the project needs united intellectual, material and administrative resources of BelSU, RAS Institute of Psychology and Government Control Academy of Armenia.
