An event “The British Invasion and Transatlantic Culture” with a special guest from Britain took place at BelSU Cross-Cultural Communication Center
The meeting was dedicated to the discussion of British music’s influence on American culture. All guests had a unique opportunity to listen to native English speaker and absorb the national culture.
“British invasion left an indelible imprint on music history and gave birth to many various musical styles”, – said the hosts.
Special guest from Great Britain Ian Turner charmed the audience with engaging tale about British music’s influence on development and establishment of American music. He also played guitar and sang such famous hits as “Help!”, “I Can't Get No Satisfaction”, “Wild Thing”, “I'm a Believer” etc.
