BelSU skiers won Universities’ Olympics

Ski race, the part of Universities’ Olympics took place on 16-17 of February at “Olympia” rollerski track. Sportsmen and sportswomen competed in 5km individual race (women) and 7,5km race (men) and relay race 3x3 km (women) and 4x5 km.

The team of BelSU (Vadym Barylnikov, Aleksandr Ilyin, Aleksei Koshmar’, Artyom Maltsev, Eugeniy Meleshko, Anastasia Zhmenya, Irina Koshmar’, Victoria Saltanova, Oksana Shatalova, Eugeniya Sheveleva and Alyona Rakova) completely won the race.

The first places in individual race went to Oksana Shatalova and Aleksei Koshmar’. The third place went to Aleksandr Ilyin.

All students study at Physical Education department of BelSU Institute of Pedagogy. They train with the senior teacher of Sports disciplines subdepartment, coach Mikhail Nikitin.
