Open access to scientific papers

The president Internet Publishers Association, the head of MSU Journalism Department New Media and Communication Theory Subdepartment Ivan Zasurskiy met with the students of BelSU Institute of Management and Journalism Department.

He told the students about open publishing of scientific papers, the building of competitional employment system, open licenses for science and education and Open Access movement in Russia.

Ivan Zasurskiy has also had a meeting with the deputy vice principal for education and IT Aleksandr Nemtsev and university’s librarians to discuss the stages of scientific papers’ sharing at nauchpop.ru due to the earlier signed agreement between BelSU and Internet Publishers Association.
