Breathe freely – protect yourself from tuberculosis

The attending physicians from Latin America, who study Russian at preparatory Department prepared and held a lecture presentation about tuberculosis.

Students of Preparatory Department learned about history of discovery of this disease, the reasons of its emergence, ways of a becoming infected, diagnostic methods, ways of treatments and disease prevention measures. Interns from Honduras, Mexico, Colombia, Bolivia, Ecuador showed statistics of spread of tuberculosis in different countries of the world, showed the small movie showing all stages of disease progression.

At the end of a lecture, students have organized a fundraising to support tuberculosis treatment campaign
