Children safeguarding – priority of the state

The opening ceremony of the XIV congress of Ombudsmen for Children in subjects of the Russian Federation has taken place at BelSU Youth Cultural Center. Governmental representatives and the organizations specialized on children rights’ protection have gathered to discuss the priority directions of state policy on children and family safeguarding.

Commissioner for the President of the Russian Federation for Children Rights Anna Kuznetsova read a welcoming speech to participants of a congress from the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.

Important questions of realization of state policy in the sphere of protection of a family and children were discussed during the congress. Representatives of social work and children safeguarding organizations shared experience and together developed the mechanism of problems solution. A number of panel discussions, round table conference and a strategic session were organized for the event.
