During the visit to BelSU, member of Executive Committee of Hanze University of Applied Sciences Rob Verhofstad meet the rector pf BelSU Oleg Polukhin
Greeting the guest the rector of BelSU Oleg Polukhin said that BelSU and Hanze University cooperate for more than 8 years and every year this cooperation becomes more and more intensive.
“Thanks to your activity and mobility we reached a new level of working relationship. We are grateful for fruitful cooperation and your interest in cooperational and mutually profitable relationships”, – he said.
In his turn, Rob Verhofstad thanked the rector for the fine organization of such cooperation and expressed the wish to meet the new vice rector for the international cooperation Vladislav Kuchmisty and discussion of joint projects with the deputy director for the international activities and quality management of Institute of engineering technologies and natural sciences Olga Lebedeva.
Last week O. Lebedeva together with group of students visited Hanze University of applied sciences where the agreement on joint Russian-Dutch scientific management of BelSU graduate students Yaroslava Kulchenko and extension of scientific cooperation was reached. Accorsing to Olga Lebedeva, Dutch and Russian students working at both universities are already engaged in serious scientific research and gradually create the new scientific direction.
At the end of the meeting Rob Verkhofstad invited the rector to anniversary of University of applied sciences which is coming next year Hanz who will be 220 years old.
By tradition this meeting and the visit of Dutch colleague all in all was very fruitful for both partner universities. And the most important thing is the mutual desire to intensify and expand further collaboration, which is the key to success.
