"Pegasus-2017" teches to initiate projects and develop the ideas

The first master class was held by representatives of the "Young Crew" youth organization of project management– Kollado Ruyz and Kollado Haynalk from Finland. They spoke about differences between startup and the project and how important it is to be guided in any kind of business by the consumer, his requirements, and interest. They have taught participants of school "to see and feel" the consumer, and to find a common ground with him.

The expert from Groningen, the teacher of faculty of a financial and economic management Johan Ferdinand told students of micro financing basis. At the master class, children have learned to model and solve financial problems.

Business trainings of experts from Moscow, St. Petersburg and Belgorod were dedicated to structural planning, team motivation, the budget of the project, creative instruments of search of the new ideas. The expert-teacher of RGS Business School Nadezhda Istomina has noted how important it is to understand and feel the team.

The crash test of projects of participants of school became a part of the program of the second day. Experts have checked the ideas for "durability" and "viability", have revealed their strong and weak points. Some were sent back for revision.

After the training, intellectual work has given way to sports.
