Experience of BelSU for the Union State

The head of BelSU Institute of Management Social Technologies department Victor Sapryka has participated in a forum. In his report at the "Role of Information Technologies and Development of Institutes of Civil Society of the Union State" panel he noted that universities are the centers of cooperation therefore it is necessary to develop programs of the academic mobility within the Union State to create the research supporting mechanisms, directed at the analysis of civil society development and carry out scientific training of leading universities of the Russian Federation and Republic of Belarus.

Experience of BelSU, which takes part in Russian-Belorussian consortium can be used in such programs. It can help to unite universities, to create scientific, educational and communicational grounds of Union State. Universities would become points of growth for civil society..

The Belgorod State University signed the contract with Academy of management at the President of Republic of Belarus four years ago, within the contract a number of events was held, including organization of the scientific training for teachers. At the meeting the rector of Academy Marat Zhilinsky discussed a possibility of the organization of double diploma program organization within the "Public and Municipal Administration" direction with the head of the department of social technologies Victor Sapryka.
