Young scientists of BelSU are among the winners of the Presidential research projects program
In March, 2017 at the request of the Russian President Vladimir Putin the first competition of the Presidential research projects program has started. This program was developed by the Russian scientific fund to support long-term projects of the leading scientists and to create conditions for development of perspective young researchers. More than 5 000 projects from 72 regions of Russia have participated in competition. Research associates of the Belgorod State University were among winners.
Within the competition "Carrying Out Initiative Researches by Young Scientists" experts have supported works of research associates from laboratory of mechanical properties of nanostructural and heat resisting materials: candidate of physical and mathematical sciences Zhanna Yanushkevich ("Mechanisms of hardening of multimodal hierarchical structures with nanocrystal components in perspective chromium-nickel steel") and Candidate of Technical Sciences Aleksandra Fedoseyeva ("Influence of Re on structural changes and long-term durability 10%Cr-3%Co steel").
Within the competition "Carrying Out Researches by Scientific Groups under the leadership of Young Scientists" experts have supported work of the senior research associate of laboratory of mechanical properties of nanostructural and heat resisting materials, Candidate of Technical Sciences Anna Mogucheva with the project "Research of an Unstable Plastic Current, Dynamic and Kinetic Characteristics of Origin and Distribution of Deformation Strips in Aluminium Alloys"
The received grants and support of the Russian scientific fund open new opportunities for researchers to continue relevant and perspective projects.
