By the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation given on September 28, creation of the dissertation council for protection of theses to a degree of the candidate of science, to a degree of the doctor of science on the basis of federal public budgetary scientific institution "All-Russian Research Institute of Officinal and Aromatic Plants", federal public autonomous educational institution of the higher education "Belgorod state national research university", federal budgetary educational institution of the higher education "Moscow technological university" D 999.197.03 was permitted on the following scientific specialties:

14.04.01 – Technology of pharmacy (pharmaceutical sciences);

14.04.02 – Pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacognozy (pharmaceutical sciences).
