University congratulated teachers with an International Teachers Day

The concert became the culmination of the holiday. The vice rector for study and informatization Alexander Mamatov has congratulated the teachers On behalf of the rector of Belgorod State University, professor Oleg Polukhin.

“Dear teachers, today is a remarkable day, and I am happy to congratulate all of you on a holiday, – he said. – Our university began with Teacher's institute. Alexander Mamatov has awarded veterans of pedagogical work with certificates of honor of BelSU: Anna Borodina, Galina Rozanova, Lyubov Zayanchkovskaya, Tamara Struchayeva, Lyudmila Kvitko, Galina Voloshina, Tamara Oksak, Lidiya Solodovnik and Lyudmila Ushakova.

For activity in education of youth, the certificated of gratitude have been handed to curators of the academic groups: Ekaterina Drozdova, Elena Trofimenko, Natalia Filimonova and Natalya Zaytseva.

Annually the Youth cultural center of the Belgorod State University and art groups present songs and dances for the holidays: ensemble of the ball dance "Belogorochka", Veresk Art studio, Veresk school studio and 31 region group, studio of the modern dance "Dance Chaos" and representatives of students association of Vietnam, native ansamble “Otrada”, ensemble of the classical dance "Terpsikhora-Alice" and also ballet of "Maridans".
