Success of national level

The Belgorod State University was represented by the assistant legal adviser of the Legal center, the student of BelSU Institute of Law Alexander Penskoy.

A founder and the organizer of a competition is the State Duma of the Russian Federation and the All-Russian public organization "The national system of development of scientific, creative and innovative activity of youth of Russia "Integration".

“The purpose of this event is in competitive participation and selection of the most significant and perspective ones, which can play a major role in reforming of the domestic legislation and other spheres” - Alexander said.

The last tour was preceded by long preparation of scientific work under the guidance of Candidate of Law Sciences, the associate professor of civil law and process Andrey Stepanyuk. The scientific work raises the questions of improvement of legal regulation of inheritance according to the Russian civil law.

The authors which have passed the selection were invited to the final stage of a competition to defend their projects in front of advisory council and other participants. The scope of researches is various, however they have to be relevant and light the gaps in the domestic right, requiring legislative attention and regulation.

Alexander Penskoy has successfully passed the selection and has been awarded with the diploma of the winner of the II degree.
