Representatives of BelSU Moldovian Students Community celebrated the Grape Day at BelSU Cross-Cultural Communication Center
The head of department of cultural and educational activity Lyudmila Medvedeva, director of the Center of cross-cultural communication Elena Nazarenko, the curator of Moldavian Students Community Olga Kistenyova and students of other associations have participated in the event organized by students from Moldavian Students Community.
Elena Nazarenko has told that events, which acquaint students with culture of different countries take place at Cross-Cultural Communication Center regularly.
“I am very glad that we live in our multinational university as a family”, – she said.
The head of Moldavian Students Community, the student of BelSU Institute of Medicine Yana Kyssa has told about useful properties of grapes and quoted Hippocrates, Avicenna and Louis Pasteur.
Edgar Fedikovich has noted that grapes are sung in verses of great poets of the world. The student of BelSU Institute of Cross-Cultural Communication and International Relations Alla Chomak has read the poem "Grapevine" by Thani Vanger, the student of Armenian Students Community Hosanna Magoyan – read the poem on grapes by the Armenian poet Michael Markaryan, the student of BelSU Institute of Medicine Maxim Pechersky recited the work by Alexander Pushkin.
The student of BelSU Institute of economy Anna Brik has told about history of wine making. Representatives of various communities have prepared the dramatized performances, a quiz; they also recited ancient legends and sung songs.
The event has ended with the Lume-Moldavanka song by the students of Moldavanian Community.
