Management in XXI century

The conference took place for the third time for the scientists from various regions of Russia and the abroad.

“The purpose of our forum is in uniting scientists and practicians for dialogue concerning management in the 21st century, for exchange of the ideas and their practical introduction”, - the director of Institute of management Victor Zakharov said.

The format of a conference included a plenary session, work of 5 small plenary sessions and 5 scientific panels in various themes. During the plenary session the deputy vice rector for scientific and innovative activity Andrey Peresypkin handed thanksgiving letters to teachers and the staff of Institute of management.

The subdepartment of social technologies carried out a round table conference on the subject "Deviations in the Public and Municipal Administration" and also Skype conference with colleagues from President of Republic of Belarus Academy of Management and teachers from higher education institutions of Kharkov.

The subdepartment of sociology and organization of youth activities held a small plenary session on a perspective of social diagnostics and development of development strategies among young people.

Subdepartment of management and marketing discussed a problem of new approaches to management processes, realization of the business ideas and use of marketing instruments in the commercial sector of economy.

Staff of subdepartment of tourism and welfare service organized work of a discussion platform "Management of regional development in the conditions of service economy formation” in which representatives of Belgorod administration and the Belgorod region, heads of travel agencies, and scientists of BelSU which are engaged in studying of problems of tourism took part.

“All proposals of scientists on a perspective of a conference are already gathered into the scientific collection where various approaches to understanding of modern process of social management found reflection, - the cochairman of the organizing committee, the deputy director of BelSU Institute of management for scientific work, the candidate of philosophical sciences Ivan Gulyaev said.

Within the scientific and practical conference the best student's works contest was also held. Irina Boyko, the student 4 courses of department of social technologies who submitted the report on the subject "Technologies of Revenues to Public Service" became the winner of a competition.
